1. ELIGIBILITY
The Yow.tv Free Film Access Giveaway (the “Contest”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Yow.tv (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM CST on December 19, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 27, 2024 (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, complete the contest entry form available at https://promo.yow.tv/contest/ during the Contest Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
4. PRIZES
Fifty (50) winners will receive access to the film Protocol 7, valued at $9.99 each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $499.50.
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted by December 29, 2024. Winners will be notified by email within three (3) business days of the drawing.
To claim their prize, winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) days and create a valid Yow.tv account at Yow.tv. Failure to respond within the specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
7. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules and decisions made by the Sponsor, which are final. Winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected during the Contest will only be used to administer the Contest and will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://yow.tv/privacy-policy/web.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention. By entering, participants release Sponsor from any claims arising from participation or prize use.
10. GOVERNING LAW
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
